Inclusive spatial practice
ABOUT OPEN SPACE:
Open space is a small collective of six students in the Bergen School of Architecture formed by Elisabeth Brandtzæg, Tanguy Danis, Cheng-Han Lee, Hanne Ødesneltvedt, Gustavo Majewski, and Praewa Samachai. We are going to explore the field of universal and inclusive design in a world filled with regulation to include disabled people.
The mezzanine of the big industrial hall at the school is going to be the site of exploration. It presents a challenge in itself because the accessibility is very restrained right now, and the school administration wants to make it more accessible to the public.
